Jonathan Hastings is Head of Product at Vale Health, leading product and design to empower people to live happier, healthier lives.

 

Jonathan's experience as a product leader comes from complex two-sided marketplaces and companies of all stages, from early startups through public exits. He's been fortunate enough to work at some of New York's most iconic startup and tech companies.

 

Before Vale Health, Jonathan was the founding VP of Product for Salvo Health, a healthtech startup focused on wraparound care for chronic conditions and remote patient monitoring. There, he scaled the company from initial MVP to product-market fit and grew the product, engineering, design, and analytics teams.

 

He started his career in product at Jet.com after joining in 2015. Jet was acquired by Walmart only a year later for what was then, the largest acquisition in the history of ecommerce. After Jet, Jonathan led mobile and growth product teams at Rent the Runway. He then led the growth product group at Squarespace through their IPO in 2021.

 

Jonathan is a graduate of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
